The hotel met every demand, it was a wonderful stay on our holiday in Marrakech. We were in a magnificent and amazing location just a short stroll away from Museum of Marrakesh. And the area was safe, close enough to a restaurant, whole Marrakech and Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Nothing to mention.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect area inside the medina, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was situated right in the heart of medina with just a 10-minute walk to the bustling square. This made it convenient for exploring all the attractions in the area. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms on the ground floor were spacious and beautifully decorated in the local style, providing a comfortable and authentic experience. One highlight was the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits every morning, adding a delightful touch to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was ideal, just a few steps away from the old Medina. The staff treated us like family, always great. It reminded me of a true home away from home.
Food for breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe more variety in the spread.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff. The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the main square and several restaurants. The hotel also offers a relaxing atmosphere after long work hours, with a lovely garden and rooftop terrace.
I found the decor to be slightly outdated and some areas could use a little maintenance. the Wi-Fi signal was not strong in all parts of the hotel, which made it difficult to work from my room.

The beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and tranquil courtyard created a luxurious atmosphere. The service provided by the staff, especially the chef and housekeeping, was really good, exceeding our expectations. One nice moment was waking up to the sound of birds and the smell of fresh cedar in the morning, a magical experience. Although there were small drawbacks, such as the lack of a restaurant and the need to arrange tours online, these did not overshadow the overall fantastic stay we had. We would highly recommend Riad Jnane D'O for anyone seeking a peaceful experience in Marrakesh.
