The hotel met every demand, it was a wonderful stay on our holiday in Marrakech. We were in a magnificent and amazing location just a short stroll away from Museum of Marrakesh. And the area was safe, close enough to a restaurant, whole Marrakech and Jemaa el-Fnaa.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect area inside the medina, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was situated right in the heart of medina with just a 10-minute walk to the bustling square. This made it convenient for exploring all the attractions in the area. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms on the ground floor were spacious and beautifully decorated in the local style, providing a comfortable and authentic experience. One highlight was the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits every morning, adding a delightful touch to start the day.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel provides a substantial breakfast with omelette and tasty treats and fresh ingredients. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is convenient and perfect, with beautiful art surrounding you. A good choice for our trip, would love to return.

Food for breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe more variety in the spread.

The location is perfect for exploring the market and city centre, with many attractions within walking distance. the room is spacious and the bathroom is clean, with all necessary amenities provided. the service is attentive and helpful, with warm and friendly staff. the daily breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared with local ingredients. the rooftop view is stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city skyline.

The surrounding noise from the area can be quite loud at night, which may disturb light sleepers.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the vibrant neighborhood, making it easy to reach everything we needed. the Riad's central location allowed us to walk to all the nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. the rooms were beautifully decorated with a Moroccan feel, and the walk-in showers were a luxurious touch. the staff provided excellent service, giving us helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the local area. the delicious breakfast and free airport transfers were a nice added bonus.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first due to its location in a no-car part of the neighborhood.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff. The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the main square and several restaurants. The hotel also offers a relaxing atmosphere after long work hours, with a lovely garden and rooftop terrace.

I found the decor to be slightly outdated and some areas could use a little maintenance. the Wi-Fi signal was not strong in all parts of the hotel, which made it difficult to work from my room.

The service provided by the staff, especially the chef and housekeeping, was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. One memorable moment was waking up to the sound of birds and the smell of fresh cedar in the morning, truly a magical experience. Although there were small drawbacks, such as the lack of a restaurant and the need to arrange tours online, these did not overshadow the overall fantastic stay we had. We would highly recommend Riad Jnane D'O for anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable experience in Marrakesh.

Christmas at this hotel was wonderful! We received complimentary slippers and argan oil as gifts, which was a nice touch. the hotel is also located in a great area close to many shops and restaurants. the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel - it was a peaceful oasis to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking and the rooms were a bit small. this did not take away from the overall experience of the hotel.
